Besides the launch of the all-new XTS, the biggest news on the Cadillac stand was the unveiling of the new CUE User Interface system. Stuart Norris, Senior Design manager for Branded User Experience, has spent the last three years working on its development, in close cooperation with engineer Mike Hichme. In that time Stuart has seen his team grow threefold in order to fine tune the system, which will eventually become integrated into GM’s other brands.
